Order processing and delivery
North American orders ship from Plains, Montana, generally by UPS or Priority Mail. Processing and packing times depend on the products ordered and current stock. In-stock merchandise typically ships within four working days unless otherwise stated. Orders are not shipped Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.
Special orders and backorders
Special-order, backordered, or temporarily unavailable products require additional time. We will contact you with an estimated lead time, available alternatives, and the option to backorder the item or wait and ship the order complete.
Expedited orders
If an order is time-sensitive or requires air shipment, please place the order by telephone so availability and delivery requirements can be confirmed.
Shipping charges
Product weight, dimensions, fragility, and packaging requirements can prevent the website from calculating a final shipping price accurately. We will request approval before applying freight adjustments.
Truck and LTL freight
Large equipment and some larger orders may ship by truck or LTL freight. The team will confirm the freight method and obtain approval for related charges before shipment.
International shipments
The customer or consignee is responsible for customs clearance, import duties, fees, and taxes. Please notify us when an order will be delivered to a freight forwarder or export agent because export documentation is required for orders shipped outside the United States.
