Returns and exchanges
Call for an authorization number before returning any merchandise.
Authorized returns must be received within 15 days of invoicing, unused, and in the original packaging. These requirements are strictly enforced.
Return conditions
- Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Return freight is the customer’s responsibility.
- Chemicals cannot be returned.
- Books may be returned for in-store credit only.
- Some manufacturers require products to be returned directly to them.
- Freight-collect and COD return parcels will not be accepted.
Damage, loss, and electronics
Damaged merchandise or merchandise lost in transit must be reported within three days. Electronic equipment must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement when required by the manufacturer.
Request an authorization number
Contact Action Mining before sending a return. Include the order or invoice number, product name, reason for the request, and photographs when the product arrived damaged.
