Protecting buyers and genuine AMS equipment

Action Mining Services Inc. has manufactured mineral recovery equipment since 1979. This notice helps buyers distinguish genuine Action Mining products from counterfeit, unauthorized, or incorrectly represented equipment.

Identifying genuine equipment

• Genuine equipment carries an Action Mining serial number and company identification.
• Micron Mill Wave Tables use identifying marks incorporated into the fiberglass top and metal base.
• Original table bases are professionally welded and powder coated using high-quality components.

Used and modified products

Owners may generally resell genuine products that were acquired lawfully. However, altered, rebuilt, or newly manufactured equipment must not be represented as an original Action Mining product. The Action Mining name, AMS name, logos, and model references must not be used in a way that misrepresents the product manufacturer or condition.

Purchase from a verified source

New AMS equipment should be purchased directly from Action Mining Services or a currently authorized representative. Before purchasing used equipment, ask for the serial number and contact Action Mining to verify it.

Marketplace listings

Action Mining may request removal of listings that misuse its trademarks, photographs, model names, or product identity. Sellers are responsible for accurately describing the origin and condition of equipment.
